Pan-Seared Salmon, Lemon Beurre Blanc, Green Bean Almandine and Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

Learn how to get a perfect sear on salmon, build an emulsified pan sauce, blanch and sauté great green beans, and roast potatoes to perfection! Cost per participant $60.
