Seared Scallop and Saffron Risotto, Rosemary and Sea Salt Focaccia

Take a trip to Northern Italy to perfect your risotto skills! This class will focus on proper risotto and searing technique, and will teach you a great focaccia recipe as well! Cost per participant $75.
